Debra Wohlrab, CEO
Debra has over 30 years experience in the global financial services industry. She began her career in the banking industry in 1972 and then moved into consulting in 2003. Among the companies that Debra has worked for are TSYS, PaySys International, and MasterCard International. At TSYS, Debra was Group Executive of the Integrated Payments Division responsible for all debit products, prepaid products and emerging payments. She had responsibility for P&L, sales, operations, product management and marketing for the division. Prior to TSYS, Debra was the SVP of Operations for PaySys International having responsibility for global sales management, global marketing, customer service and professional services. Debra was instrumental in the opening of the Bejing, China office for the company. During her 13 years at MasterCard International, Debra worked in various roles, with the last 8 of those years spent managing all operations for the Latin America/Caribbean region.

Since starting her consulting practice, Debra has consulted with several large organizations on strategy, product development, development of global products and services, and contactless implementation globally. She has presented at several conferences and has maintained a vast network of relationships throughout the industry. Some of the companies that Debra has consulted with are: ADP, MasterCard International, Discover, American Express, Softek Puerto Rico, BBVA, FiServ, FIS, TransCard, Cornerstone Marketing, TAC, and many more.



Lois Hansen
Lois has worked 30 years in the debit, prepaid and credit card industry, with the last 11 years as a consultant. She has worked with such customers as UPS, Mellon Bank, Fidelity Information Systems, Fiserv, MasterCard and Discover. For the past 10 years she has specialized in prepaid and debit card products and programs. Her experience with project management, business analysis, strategy formation as well as process management has made her an asset in being able to see the whole operational picture, which is necessary for the successful implementation of a new card program. She has had experience in working with a vendor/third party processor as well as working with the network branding and acceptance (MasterCard, STAR, NYCE, PULSE, VISA, Discover).



Karen Baum
Karen has over 15 years in the prepaid card industry, most recently with Aurora Financial Systems, where she served as the Executive Vice President, Operations. Prior to Aurora, she served as Vice President of Prepaid Product Sales at MasterCard International for over ten years. Karen has extensive experience in the industry from the sales all the way through implementation and operational support. Karen was instrumental at MasterCard in growing the prepaid business and bringing new sponsor banks into the mix.



MaryAnn Allison
MaryAnn is a technology and payment industry veteran who started out in technology in the 1980's and evolved to payments, specifically with a move to Visa in 1992. As an executive at Visa, MaryAnn worked with all of Visa regions on a number of leading edge projects. MaryAnn has directed her focus on Prepaid since 2006 and has BIN sponsor bank experience and prepaid processor experience that provides the foundation for her consulting practice today. In the prepaid area, MaryAnn has directed the implementation of dedicated connections between the processor and Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for multiple data centers and several successful certifications for multicurrency and other specialized products the card schemes have to offer.



Laura Weatherly
Laura is a global financial services and payments industry executive with over 21 years of senior management experience at MasterCard International’s global headquarters in the areas of credit, debit products, and emerging payments services.

While at MasterCard International, Laura served in key functional areas, including: global and regional franchise and brand management, product and operations management, new product, service and technology development, governance for the global and regional payments products and services including operating rules and policy administration, rules compliance, arbitration and dispute resolution, risk management, customer service, process re-engineering, strategic planning, competitive analyses, and, administration of large-scale strategically important projects.

As a financial services consultant, Laura has been engaged by various payments industry organizations for product and services design and management initiatives.
